Umbrellas.net Store Return Policy

You may return any item purchased on www.umbrellas.net within 14 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is the result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the shipping amount.

Please include a copy of the invoice as well as a phone number where it is best to reach you. Umbrellas.net doesn’t retain credit card information therefore we will call after we receive the umbrella to get a credit card number for the reimbursement.
